Stephen A. Longsworth
76, of Brownsburg, passed away on April 11, 2016. He was born April 10, 1940 in Fort Wayne, IN the son of Arthur and Eva Longsworth. He was a truck driver for Yellow Transit 33 years retiring in 1998. Stephen was a member of the Teamsters Local Union 135 and St. Malachy Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Michael P. Longsworth and brother, Phillip Longsworth. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie Wolffer Longsworth; children, Cindy (Steve) Wall, Stephen G. (Margaret) Longsworth, Jeffrey S. Longsworth, Kenneth A. Longsworth, and Linda P. Poulin; sister, Sylvia Ann Longsworth; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday April 15, 2016 at St. Malachy Catholic Church with visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday at Conkle Funeral Home, Avon Chapel and at the church one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society .
