At St. Suliac 1759-1772. Disembarked at St. Malo with his brothers Charles and Francois Blanchard on 23 Jan 1759 on one of the "Five Ships". He resided at St. Suliac. Left Chatellerault for Nantes during 6 to 13 March 1776 with 7 children and his brothers, Francois and Charles, a widower. Family left France on L'Amite 17 Aug 1785, they arrived in New Orleans 7 Nov 1785. (Captain: Mssr. Beltremieux) with Marie-Madeleine and Joachim Jacques.
